About
November Rain is an annual inter - school competition initiative conducted by Kottayam Round Table 79 and Kottayam Ladies Circle 48 in the month of November.
November Rain was first conducted in 2014. Over the years we have built our participation up to over 200 children from 35 participating schools. The idea is to provide children a platform to exhibit their skills and promote their learning. The healthy competition that we have seen over the years, pushes the children to perform far beyond their expectations.
The chance to compete against and learn from other bright young minds creates an extremely engaging atmosphere during the competition and one that we as organisers have been witness to many times over.
During to the pandemic, the regular events like Spelling bee, Quiz, Just A Minute, Collage were replaced by an all Kerala short film contest for students of classes 8 – 12. This year, we will have 3 events i.e. Spelling Bee, Quiz and JAM (Just A Minute).
